c. No Refund for Work Completed: The client acknowledges that, due to the nature of digital services, no refunds will be provided for work already completed or services already rendered.

3. Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional cases, the Service Provider may, at their sole discretion, consider a refund for services not yet initiated. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
